Internet ja jaekaubandus

Esinesin tänasel Äripäeva Kaubandusseminaril. Minu jutu peamine iva oli see, et jaekaupmeestel on aeg hakata tõsisemalt interneti poole vaatama. Aluseks oli mõningal määral see postitus Eesti internetikaubanduse olukorrast. Soovijad saavad siit alla laadida ettekande Jaekaubandus ja internet PowerPointi faili.

Ettekannet koostades sattusin sellisele huvitavale raamatule, mida peaks lugema iga jaekaupmees ja lojaalsusprogrammide looja: Scoring Points: How Tesco is Winning Customer Loyalty.
