Tegemist on raamatuga, mis jätkab teemat, et vana meedia teleklippide ja trükireklaami veebi üle toomine bännerite ja popuppide näol on suhteliselt nüri tegevus. Raamatu lõpupoole on mõningaid näited sellest, kuidas culetrain-tüüpi maailmas hakkama saada. Raamatu stiil oli minu jaoks natuke uimane aga sisu väga kosutav.

Market research is dead. Let’s hope so anyway, because all it does is predict we’ll want the same things tomorrow that we wanted yesterday. As practiced in most of 20th century, market research works against creativity and the kind of risk taking that’s crucially prerequisite to innovative products and services.
